Glass Cup and Mug Protection & Policy

FREE Replacement for Items Damaged in Transit!

To ensure your glass cups and mugs arrive safely, we offer an optional protection plan. Here’s how it works:

1. FREE Replacement for Transit Damage: If your item(s) are damaged in transit, we will replace them at no additional cost, including shipping. This policy covers damages incurred during transit only.

2. Mandatory Package Protection:

   • You MUST add package protection at the time of purchase. Unfortunately, we cannot add protection after the order is placed.
   • Protection must be added for EACH item that requires protection. For example, if you order 3 items but only purchase 1 cup protection, only one damaged item will be replaced for free.

3. Claim Process:

   • To use the protection, you MUST send pictures of the damaged item(s) to houseofhardisty@gmail.com.
   • The claim must be submitted within 2 weeks after delivery. After 2 weeks, the protection expires.

4. No Protection, Expired Protection, or Home Damage:

   • If no protection is purchased, or if the protection expires, or if the item is damaged at home after delivery, you will need to pay full price and shipping for a replacement.

How to Add Protection:

• During checkout, select the package protection option for each glass item you wish to protect.
• Ensure the quantity of protection matches the number of items needing coverage.

We strive to deliver your items in perfect condition, but understand that transit can sometimes cause damage. Our protection plan offers peace of mind, ensuring you can enjoy your beautiful glassware without worry.
